本文对乳香的各有关炮制方法,包括饮片规格炮制法(炒制法)的不同温度,160~180℃;315℃;340~360℃与水火制法的乳香,从外形性状观察对比,挥发油含量测定,树脂的化学反应及药理镇痛试验等,讨论了炮制方法的合理性。同时,建议采用水蒸汽蒸馏去油直接分离树脂的水火炮制方法,既符合传统中医用药要求,又有利于生产。
This article deals with the various processing methods of frankincense, including the different temperatures of the recipe for cooking pieces (frying method), 160-180°C; 315°C; and 340-360°C frankincense from water-fire method. The determination, the chemical reaction of the resin and the pharmacological analgesic test, etc., discussed the rationality of the processing method. At the same time, it is recommended to use water vapor distillation to directly separate the resin from the water jet processing method, which not only meets the requirements of traditional Chinese medical drugs, but also facilitates production.
