针对焊接工艺的特点,以工业用电荷耦合器件(IC-CD)传感器为测量元件,建立了焊接温度场图像实时采集与处理系统。采用模糊推理控制算法,并在手动控制策略的基础上提出了该系统的模糊控制规则。以焊接电流为控制量,研制了薄板钨极惰性气体(TIG)焊背面温度场等温线宽度闭环控制系统。通过控制接近熔点温度的等温线宽度最终实现了对焊缝背面熔宽和熔透的控制。大量的焊接工艺试验表明,系统有较好的适应性和较高的稳态精度和动态响应特性,并具有较强的抗干扰能力。
According to the characteristics of welding process, a real-time image acquisition and processing system of welding temperature field was established by using industrial charge-coupled device (IC-CD) sensor as measuring element. Adopting the fuzzy inference control algorithm, and based on the manual control strategy, the fuzzy control rules of the system are proposed. With the welding current as control quantity, a closed-loop control system of isothermal width of the back surface temperature field of TIG welding was developed. By controlling the width of the isotherm close to the melting temperature, the weld width and penetration control on the weld seam is finally achieved. A large number of welding process tests show that the system has good adaptability and high steady-state accuracy and dynamic response characteristics, and has strong anti-interference ability.
