当前随着我国市场经济的不断发展,随着市场企业间竞争的逐渐激烈,随着新的《劳动合同法》的颁布和实施,劳务派遣这种用工形式得到了社会各界广泛的关注和讨论。现在,劳动派遣员工的数量与日剧增,在劳务派遣过程中所呈现出来的问题也亟待研究和解决。本文正是以劳务派遣为研究话题,从经济契约和心理契约相互融合的角度探索新的劳务派遣完善思路,旨在强化企业对劳务派遣员工的管理,不断的提升劳务派遣的效率,实现企业更加健全有序的发展。
At present, with the continuous development of the market economy in our country, with the gradual fierce competition among the market enterprises, with the promulgation and implementation of the new “Labor Contract Law,” labor dispatching has gained wide attention and discussion from all walks of life.
