双波长分光光度法是分光光度法的一个新领域,由于它的优越性和特点,已引起国内外广泛的重视,有关它的基本原理和应用,已有一些介绍。在国内由于仪器的原因,目前有关这方面研究工作开展甚少。我们应用双波长分光光度法进行微量稀土测定研究,选择双羧基偶氮胂Ⅲ(简称DCAAⅢ)与稀土元素的显色反应,把双波长分光光度法的优越性与该试剂的特点结合起来,提高灵敏度一倍左右,为微量稀土的测定提供了一个高灵敏度的方法。初步用于球
