[目的]调查林芝地区2008年餐饮业餐具卫生状况,为制定干预措施提供依据。[方法]抽查林芝地区部分县区58家餐饮单位,按照国家标准检验方法和卫生标准对餐具大肠杆菌进行检测和评价。[结果]检测144份餐具样品,大肠杆菌阳性率53.5%(77/144)。不同县区、不同餐饮单位类型和不同餐具类型大肠杆菌阳性率类似。[结论]林芝地区餐饮业餐具卫生状况堪忧,需全面改善,应加强对餐饮行业的消毒方法及技术进行检查和指导。
[Objective] To investigate the sanitary status of tableware in catering industry in Linzhi Prefecture in 2008 and provide basis for making interventions. [Method] Fifty-eight catering units in some counties of Linzhi area were inspected to test and evaluate Escherichia coli in tableware according to the national standard test methods and hygiene standards. [Result] The positive rate of Escherichia coli was 53.5% (77/144) in 144 tableware samples tested. Different counties, different types of catering units and different types of tableware Escherichia coli positive rate is similar. [Conclusion] The sanitary condition of tableware in catering industry in Linzhi area is in a worry situation and needs to be improved in an all-round way. The disinfection methods and techniques of catering industry should be checked and instructed.
