北京市工商企业岗位培训研究是北京市社会科学领导小组领导下的“七五”期间研究课题之一。经过近两年的调查研究,广泛汲取了全国有关岗位培训的研究成果,在课题组成员的努力下完成了十四个子课题的报告,除本期刊出的六篇及已经发表过的一篇调查报告(见本刊90年第6期,作者华建宁、钟秋妹)外,下期将续发另外七篇,近期争取把总报告刊出。这批报告中,有些观点也许已为读者所熟知,但确也有些是值得注意的看法。我们之所以全部刊出,是想保持一个全貌,或许有一定的资料价值。
Beijing’s job training for industrial and commercial enterprises is one of the research topics during the “Seventh Five-year Plan” under the leadership of the leading group of social sciences in Beijing. After nearly two years of investigation and study, we have widely learned the research results of job training in China and completed 14 sub-topics under the efforts of team members. Except for the six articles published in this issue and one published survey (See No. 90, No. 6, the author Hua Jianning, Zhong Qiu Mei), the next issue will be additional seven, the recent fight for the total report published. Some of these reports may be well-known to readers, but some are notable ones. The reason why we all published, is to maintain a whole picture, perhaps a certain amount of information value.
