甜菊(原译名甜叶菊,学名 Steria YebaudianaBertoni),是个安全无毒的天然甜味添加剂植物,近20年来,得到国内外的广泛重视。随着应用领域的扩大,特别是作为安全的低热糖源和医药方面的应用,其发展十分迅速。我国于1976年引种成功,1984年即发展到5万余亩,现已成为我国的一种新型经济作物了。然而,因栽培历史短,亩产常在100-200公斤之间。 Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana, scientific name Steria YebaudianaBertoni), is a safe and non-toxic natural sweet additive plant, nearly 20 years, has been widely valued at home and abroad. With the expansion of applications, especially as a safe source of low-temperature sugar and pharmaceutical applications, its development is very rapid. China introduced it successfully in 1976, and in 1984 it developed to more than 50,000 mu. Now it has become a new type of cash crop in our country. However, due to the short history of cultivation, the yield per mu is often between 100-200 kg.
