众所周知,肺癌、喉癌、肾癌,乳癌和成人 T 细胞白血病(ATL)等均可合并高钙血症。做为其原因,由癌细胞产生的甲状旁腺激素相关蛋白(PTHrP),最近颇引人注目。PTHrP 是一种由171个氨基酸所组成的多肽,其 N 端与甲状旁腺激素相同。目前通过制作 PTHrP 特异性抗体已能测定PTHrP,采用免疫组织化学法也能确定组织内PTHrP 的存在(即阳性)。有学者采用免疫组织化学法发现 PTHrP 广泛分布于正常的表皮、乳腺、甲状腺、甲状旁腺、肾上腺皮髓质、肺、舌、食道、胰岛、睾丸
It is well known that lung cancer, laryngeal cancer, renal cancer, breast cancer, and adult T-cell leukemia (ATL) can be combined with hypercalcemia. As its cause, parathyroid hormone-related protein (PTHrP) produced by cancer cells has recently attracted attention. PTHrP is a polypeptide consisting of 171 amino acids and has the same N-terminus as parathyroid hormone.
