目的:考察自主研制聚乳酸基可降解的形状记忆输卵管节育器对兔输卵管的堵塞效果。方法:80只新西兰成年雌兔随机分为实验组(60只),双侧输卵管管腔内放置聚乳酸基输卵管节育器,对照组(20只)手术同实验组,但为假手术,不植入节育器。每组再等分为2个亚组,分别于术后1个月和6个月采用亚甲蓝通液和组织学观察输卵管堵塞情况。结果:术后1个月,实验组60根输卵管中有59根堵塞,堵塞率98.33%,输卵管管腔增大,黏膜压迹;术后6个月,60根输卵管中有58根堵塞,输卵管管腔闭塞,堵塞率96.67,黏膜及肌层纤维组织增生。对照组术后1个月,20根输卵管均通畅;术后6个月20根输卵管亚甲蓝通液中有1根堵塞。结论:通过动物体内植入聚乳酸基形状记忆输卵管节育器后,对输卵管早期堵塞效果安全可靠。
Objective: To investigate the clogging effect of self-developed polylactic acid-based degradable shape memory fallopian tube IUD on fallopian tubes. Methods: Eighty New Zealand adult female rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group (60), polylactic acid-based tubal IUDs in the bilateral fallopian tube lumen, and control group (20) IUD Each group was subdivided into 2 subgroups, and methylene blue staining and histology were used to observe the tubal blockage at 1 month and 6 months respectively. Results: One month after operation, 59 of the 60 fallopian tubes in the experimental group were clogged up, with a blockage rate of 98.33%. Tubal lumen increased and mucosa was smoothed. Six months after operation, 58 of the 60 fallopian tubes were blocked, Lumen occlusion, blockage rate 96.67, mucosal and muscular fibrous tissue hyperplasia. One month after the operation in the control group, all 20 tubal tubes were unobstructed; in the 6 months after operation, one of 20 tubal methylene blue permeate had a blockage. CONCLUSION: Early blockage of fallopian tubes is safe and reliable after implants of polylactic acid-based shape memory fallopian tube IUDs in animals.
