利用泥沙数学模型 ,对胜利油田耿井水库 2 # 沉沙池运行特性进行了系统分析。提出依据不同的引水含沙量条件 ,2 # 沉沙池实现转圈沉沙的合理运行方式 ,成果包括一级泵站引水流量过程及历时 ,二级泵站调整沉沙池出口水位过程及有效历时。如果进一步考虑初期二级泵站即降低沉沙池出口运行水位 ,则可进一步增加引水历时 ,提高沉沙池输沙沉沙效果。计算结果与实际运行观测结果 ,两者可互相印证。运用数学模型分析泥沙输移规律 ,可以预先选定沉沙池的进出口运行方式 ,同时为工程维护设计可行性提供一种论证途径。
Based on the sediment mathematical model, the operating characteristics of 2 # grit chamber in Shengli Oilfield, Gengjing Reservoir, are systematically analyzed. Based on different conditions of water and sediment concentration, the reasonable operation mode of 2 # desilting basin to realize circle encircleation and sedimentation is proposed. The results include the process and duration of diversion flow of primary pump station, the process of secondary outlet pump station adjusting the outlet water level of desilting basin and the effective duration . If we further consider the initial stage two pumping station that is to reduce the operating level of the sedimentation tank exit, you can further increase the duration of water diversion, sedimentation and sedimentation to improve sand sedimentation effect. Calculated results and actual operational observations, both can verify each other. Using mathematical model to analyze the law of sediment transport, it is possible to pre-select the mode of operation of import and export of sediment basin, and provide a way of argument for the feasibility of engineering maintenance design.
