我国的中小企业因具有经营范围广、行业齐全、市场适应性强等特点,所以对人力资源管理人才的需求在数量和质量上都有明确的要求。与此同时,昆明市作为云南省“桥头堡”的战略布局中心,其发展日新月异。基于此,本文针对昆明市中小企业对人力资源管理专业人才需求进行调查分析,为应用型本科院校培养社会需要的人力资源管理人才提出了相应对策,同时也为该专业的在校学生提供了一定的就业指导。
