目的 :观察阻断犬冠脉血流后山海丹对局部缺血区静脉血血液流变学特性的改善作用。方法 :结扎犬冠状动脉前降支第一分支 ,造成急性心肌缺血模型 ,分离心大静脉并插管 ,使其静脉血回流于右房 ,在导管的中部接一个三通取血。注射山海丹 ,观察其对缺血区局部静脉血血液流变学特性的影响。结果 :山海丹有降低缺血区局部静脉血的血液粘度、红细胞比容以及血浆纤维蛋白原的功能 ,改善局部缺血区的血液循环 ,减轻缺血程度 ,从而实现预防和治疗急性心肌缺血的作用
Objective: To observe the effect of Shanhaidan on the hemorheological properties of venous blood in ischemic region after blocking coronary blood flow in dogs. Methods: Ligation of the first branch of the descending branch of the coronary artery in dogs resulted in an acute myocardial ischemia model. A large cardiac vein was isolated and cannulated to allow venous return to the right atrium. A tee was taken in the middle of the catheter to take blood. Shanhaidan was injected to observe the effect of hemorheology on local venous blood in the ischemic region. Results: Shanhaidan can reduce the blood viscosity, hematocrit, and plasma fibrinogen function of local venous blood in the ischemic region, improve the blood circulation in the ischemic region, and reduce the degree of ischemia, so as to prevent and treat acute myocardial ischemia.
