目的通过运用PDCA循环法,持续提高医院危急值管理水平。方法将危急值管理过程分为计划、执行、检查和行动四个环节,并依照管理目标开展工作,通过检查工作人员知晓率、查阅信息系统和危急值登记本的方法对实施效果进行分析评估。结果通过运用PDCA循环法进行危急值管理持续改进,统计数据显示从2013年第四季度至2015年第四季度,医院工作人员危急值知晓率由46.0%提升至84.0%、危急值报告率由81.2%提升至95.4%、报告及时率由54.2%提升至86.2%、记录书写合格率由70.6%提升至91.0%、临床处理及时率由45.5%提升至82.0%,均存在显著性差异。结论通过运用PDCA循环法,医院危急值管理水平得到了明显提升,但在实际工作中仍存在患者来源无法追溯、信息获取不及时等问题,有待通过进一步持续改进解决。
Objective To continuously improve the management of critical value of hospitals through the use of PDCA circulation method. Methods The critical value management process was divided into four stages: planning, execution, inspection and action. The work was conducted in accordance with the management objectives. The effectiveness of the implementation was evaluated by checking the staff awareness, access to information systems and the registry of critical value. Results The PDCA cycle method for contingency management continued to improve. According to the statistics, from the fourth quarter of 2013 to the fourth quarter of 2015, the awareness rate of critical value of hospital staff increased from 46.0% to 84.0%, and the critical value reporting rate increased from 81.2 % To 95.4%, and the prompt report rate increased from 54.2% to 86.2%. The pass rate of written records was raised from 70.6% to 91.0%, and the prompt treatment rate was increased from 45.5% to 82.0%. There was a significant difference. Conclusion Through the use of the PDCA cycle method, the critical value management of the hospital has been significantly improved. However, there are still problems in the actual work, such as the inability to trace the source of the patient and the lack of timely access to information, awaiting further improvement.
