目的通过研究不同贮藏条件下川芎饮片24月内的质量变化,拟首次筛选出川芎饮片适宜的贮藏条件。方法采用正交设计法,将川芎饮片贮藏在不同的光照、空气、温度和时间条件下,每隔3或6个月进行综合质量观测及评价。结果在24个月的贮藏期间,除敞口贮藏的2组川芎饮片出现虫蛀外,其余组无虫蛀现象;各实验组川芎饮片水分及阿魏酸的含量在贮藏期间一直均符合现行版《中国药典》的规定;但各组具体变化过程有差异。结论综合观测24个月贮藏期川芎饮片质量变化结果及统计学分析,建议川芎饮片适宜的贮藏方案为:遮光、密封、冷处贮藏,且储藏时间不宜过长。
OBJECTIVE To study the quality changes of Chuanxiong Tablets under different storage conditions in 24 months, the suitable storage conditions of Chuanxiong Tablets were first screened out. Methods Orthogonal design was used to observe the quality of Chuanxiong decoction pieces stored every 3 or 6 months under different light, air, temperature and time. Results During the 24 months of storage, except for the two groups of Chuanxiong decoction pieces stored in the open moth cavity, the other groups had no moth-eaten phenomenon. The contents of water and ferulic acid in the Chuanxiong decoction pieces in each experimental group all met the current version “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” provisions; However, the specific changes in the process of each group differences. Conclusion The results of the changes of the quality of Chuanxiong decoction during the storage period of 24 months were statistically analyzed. It was suggested that Chuanxiong decoction should be stored in shading, airtight and cold place, and the storage time should not be too long.
