利用真菌毒素特异性抗体制备的免疫亲合柱净化样品 ,检测了 31个小麦样品中5种真菌毒素的污染情况。结果显示 ,31个样品污染毒素比较普遍 ,但污染水平低 ,小麦样品处于安全状态。具体情况是 :AFB1,阳性率为 74 .19% ,平均值为 1.13μg/kg ,中值为 0 .3μg/kg ,最大值为 11μg/kg ;OTA ,阳性率为 10 0 % ,平均值为 1.5 9μg/kg ,中值为 1μg/kg ,最大值为3μg/kg ;ZON ,阳性率为 10 0 % ,平均值为 83μg/kg ,中值为 71μg/kg ,最大值为 330 μg/kg ;T - 2 ,阳性率为 2 2 .5 8% ,平均值为 4 9μg/kg ,中值为 0 ,最大值为 5 0 0 μg/kg ;DON ,阳性率为6 .4 5 % ,平均值为 2 0 0 μg/kg ,中值为 0 ,最大值为 380 0 μg/kg。
Immunoaffinity column was used to purify mycotoxin-specific antibodies, and the contamination of five mycotoxins in 31 wheat samples was tested. The results showed that 31 samples of contaminated toxins are more common, but the level of pollution is low, wheat samples in a safe state.
