公共管理的社会化是改革开放深化的结果,也是我国公共管理创新的价值去向。要实现公共管理的社会化,必须打破传统政事格局,在引入竞争机制的同时积极拓宽民间组织参与空间,提升管理效力。我国公共管理社会化进程中呈现出众多非政府组织,在作用日益彰显的同时并逐渐走向成熟。本文从公共管理社会化的必要性出发,对存在的问题进行了分析并提出了一些提升策略建议。
The socialization of public administration is the result of the deepening of reform and opening up and the value of public management innovation in our country. In order to realize the socialization of public administration, we must break the traditional pattern of politics and administration and actively expand the participation of non-governmental organizations in space and enhance the effectiveness of management while introducing competitive mechanisms. In the course of the socialization of public administration in our country, many non-governmental organizations have emerged, and their functions have gradually become more and more mature at the same time. Based on the necessity of the socialization of public administration, this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions for improvement strategies.
