依据我国教育管理体制的变化,把我国中等职业教育教材开发与建设分成国家教育管理机构与各业务部门分工负责、“两级规划”与“两级审定”和加强宏观管理的三个阶段。以政策演变为依据,对三个阶段教材开发主要做法和特点进行了阐述,充分反映新中国中等职业教育教材建设工作的经历和所取得的主要成效。
According to the change of education management system in our country, the development and construction of secondary vocational education textbook in our country is divided into the division of labor between the national education administration agencies and various business departments, the “two-level planning” and the “two-level examination and approval” and the strengthening of macro management A stage. Based on the policy evolvement, this paper elaborates the main practices and characteristics of the three stages of textbook development, which fully reflects the experience and achievements of the textbook construction in secondary vocational education in new China.
