人事档案作为正确考察了解、合理评价和选拔人才的重要依据,其人事档案管理的重要性是不言而喻的。现如今,随着社会主义市场经济的发展和人事制度改革的不断深入,我国的流动人员的人口逐渐增加,人才的合理流动促进了社会的进步和发展,伴随着流动人员的人事档案的管理和服务问题愈发严峻,笔者着重从新时期流动人员的人事档案的管理现状入手,以期在人事档案的问题中找出解决的对策。

Nowadays, with the development of the socialist market economy and the continuous deepening of the personnel system reform, the population of our migrants has been gradually increasing. The rational flow of qualified personnel has promoted social progress and development. With the management of the personnel files of migrant workers and Service problems are more and more serious, the author focuses on the current situation of the management of personnel files of mobile workers in the new era, with a view to finding solutions to the problems in the personnel files.
