目的分析磷酸肌酸钠对缺血性心肌病心肌酶及心功能指标的影响。方法选取2010年5月至2015年6月缺血性心肌病患者62例,根据治疗方法分为治疗组与对照组,每组31例。对照组采用常规干预方案,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠干预,比较两组治疗后心肌酶、心功能指标的改善情况。结果治疗后观察组左室射血分数上升,左室收缩期内径及左室舒张末期内径均下降,且上升及下降幅度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶及乳酸脱氢酶均下降,且下降幅度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠可改善缺血性心肌病患者心功能,降低心肌酶谱,保护患者心肌细胞功能。
Objective To analyze the effect of creatine sodium phosphate on myocardial enzymes and cardiac function in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy. Methods From May 2010 to June 2015, 62 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy were divided into treatment group and control group according to the method of treatment, with 31 cases in each group. In the control group, conventional intervention was used. The observation group was given sodium creatine phosphate intervention on the basis of routine treatment. The improvement of myocardial enzymes and cardiac function after treatment were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) increased, left ventricular systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter decreased, and the rising and falling amplitude were higher in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, creatine kinase, creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase in the observation group decreased, and the decreasing amplitude was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Sodium creatine phosphate can improve cardiac function, reduce myocardial enzymes and protect myocardial cells in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.
