1.前言石油精炼、石油化工以及发电成套设备的配管焊接接头射线探伤检查,多采用放射性同位素二重壁单面摄影方法。特别是对壁厚超过25mm的高温、高压装置的配管,因多用60Co作为射线源,不仅摄影时间长,探伤照片的像质也比~(102)Ir差。对管路内部,使用自行式X射线装置的焊接接头射线探伤检查已被应用。但是,当这种检查装置用于小口径配管,而且配管有很多弯管接头的拐弯区时,就不能通过。本文所介绍的是为了用于奥氏体不锈钢厚
