目的：探讨中药配合血透治疗尿毒症的疗效。方法：随机设置中西医结合组（治疗组）及西医组（对照组）各３２例进行比较。结果：疗程后治疗组临床症状改善率及ＴＰ、Ｈｂ明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：中药配合血透治疗尿毒症能改善全身营养状况，减少血透并发症发生，保护残余肾功能，提高生活质量
Objective: To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and hemodialysis in treating uremia. Methods: A total of 32 cases of Integrative Medicine Group (treatment group) and Western Medicine Group (control group) were randomly allocated to each group. Results: After treatment, the clinical symptom improvement rate, TP and Hb in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine combined with hemodialysis to treat uremia can improve the nutritional status of the whole body, reduce the occurrence of hemodialysis complications, protect the residual renal function and improve the quality of life
