为研究猪伪狂犬病弱毒疫苗和灭活疫苗对藏猪免疫效果的差异,笔者于2016年5月份在西藏林芝某养猪散养户进行两种疫苗免疫效果比较试验,随机抽取29日龄100头体重相近的健康藏猪仔猪(不存在母源抗体),分成对照组(灭活疫苗组,n=50)和试验组(弱毒疫苗组,n=50),试验组肌肉注射猪伪狂犬病弱毒疫苗,对照组肌肉注射猪伪狂犬病灭活疫苗;分别于免疫前1天,免疫后第20,40,60天检测两组仔猪的抗体水平,记录生长和发病情况。结果表明:免疫后第20,40,60天,试验组藏猪仔猪的伪狂犬病毒抗体阳性率由90%降到82%,对照组的抗体阳性率则由74%降至52%;两组仔猪在90日龄时的体重差距较小。可见藏猪仔猪使用伪狂犬病弱毒疫苗的效果显著优于灭活疫苗。
In order to study the difference of immunogenicity of PRV vaccine and inactivated vaccine against Tibetan pigs, the author compared the immunization effects of two vaccines in a pig farrowing households in Linzhi, Tibet in May 2016. 100 pigs at 29 days of age Healthy piglets of similar weight (without maternal antibody) were divided into control group (n = 50 inactivated vaccine group) and experimental group (attenuated vaccine group, n = 50). Two groups The difference in weight between piglets at 90 days of age is small. It can be seen that the effect of using the Pseudorabies virus attenuated vaccine on Tibetan piglets is significantly better than the inactivated vaccine.
