对研发的甘蔗剥叶机机架进行了动态应力测试和疲劳寿命预测。通过结构分析得到甘蔗剥叶机机架危险点的位置,对甘蔗剥叶机架危险点进行动态应力测试,运用雨流计数法对数据结果进行循环计数统计。考虑平均应力的影响,运用Gerber曲线对统计得到的全循环进行等寿命转化。修正材料的S-N曲线得到构件的P-S-N曲线,根据P-S-N曲线和Miner法则进行疲劳寿命预测。结果显示,在99%的存活率下,甘蔗剥叶机机架连接处的疲劳寿命约为3.8年。这一数据为甘蔗剥叶机的维修和改进提供了参考。
The dynamic stress test and fatigue life prediction of the developed cane stripping machine frame were carried out. Through the structural analysis, the position of dangerous point of the rack of sugarcane stripping machine was obtained. The dynamic stress of the dangerous point of sugarcane stripping rack was tested. The rain flow counting method was used to count the data. Considering the influence of average stress, Gerber curve was used to transform the life cycle of the whole cycle of statistics. The S-N curve of the material was corrected to obtain the P-S-N curve of the structure. The fatigue life prediction was carried out according to P-S-N curve and Miner’s rule. The results showed that the fatigue life of the sugarcane stripping machine frame connection at the 99% survival rate was about 3.8 years. This data provides a reference for the maintenance and improvement of sugar cane stripping machine.
