目的:研究新疆鼠尾草地上部分和根部不同极性提取物体外抗氧化活性。方法:新疆鼠尾草地上部分和根部药材的95%乙醇提取物依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取得相应的提取物和水层部分,将各提取物分别配制成适当浓度的溶液,以Vc为阳性对照,采用1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼(DPPH)自由基法、超氧阴离子自由基(O-·2)法和铁离子还原法分别测定各提取物的自由基清除能力和铁离子还原能力。结果:新疆鼠尾草地上部分和根部不同极性提取物清除自由基的能力均强于阳性对照Vc,地上部分乙醇层清除自由基的能力(DPPH·法IC500.039 g·L~(-1),O-·2法IC500.130 g·L~(-1))强于根部乙醇层(DPPH·法IC500.160 g·L~(-1),O-·2法IC500.160 g·L~(-1))。对铁离子还原能力的强弱顺序为根部不同极性提取物>Vc>地上部分不同极性提取物。结论:新疆鼠尾草地上部分和根部不同极性提取物均具有较强抗氧化作用,地上部分可替代根部使用,为合理开发新疆鼠尾草资源提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-oxidative activity of different polarity extracts from aerial parts and roots of S. sage. Methods: The extracts of 95% ethanolic extracts of aerial part and roots of Chinese sage were extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol, then the extracts and water fractions were extracted. The extracts were respectively formulated into appropriate concentrations Vc was used as a positive control, and each extraction was determined by DPPH free radical method, superoxide anion free radical (O- · 2) method and iron ion reduction method Free radical scavenging ability and iron ion reduction ability. Results: The ability of different polar extracts of Radix Scutellariae to scavenge free radicals was stronger than that of the positive control Vc, and the ability of free radical scavenging on the ethanolic layer above the ground (DPPH · IC50.039 g · L -1 ), IC 500.130 g · L ~ (-1) of O-2 method was stronger than that of root ethanol layer (IC 500.160 g · L -1 by DPPH method and IC 500.160 g · O 2 method L -1). The order of the reduction of ferrous ions was the different polar extracts with different polarity> Vc> different polar extracts of aerial parts. CONCLUSION: Different polarity extracts from the aerial part and the root part of S. sibirica have strong antioxidative effect, and the aboveground parts can be used instead of the root parts, providing a scientific basis for the rational exploitation of Xinjiang sage resources.
