[目的]优化杆菌肽聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米粒的制备工艺.[方法]制备方法采用乳化聚合法;以包封率为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交设计试验优化制备工艺;考察所制备纳米粒的形态、粒径及其分布和体外释放度.[结果]所制备的纳米粒呈规则的球形,平均粒径为149.7nm,Zeta电位为-19.49mV,平均包封率为85.75%,体外释放显示一定的缓释特性.[结论]本制备工艺稳定、可行.
[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the preparation process of bacitracin n-butyl polycyanoacrylate nanoparticles. [Method] The preparation method was emulsified and the encapsulation efficiency was taken as the evaluation index to optimize the preparation process by L9 (34) The morphology, particle size, distribution and in vitro release of the prepared nanoparticles were investigated. [Results] The prepared nanoparticles were spherical with the average particle size of 149.7nm and Zeta potential of -19.49mV. The average entrapment efficiency was 85.75%, in vitro release showed a certain degree of sustained release characteristics. [Conclusion] The preparation process is stable and feasible.
