小学课外美术培训的主要任务首先是培养学生对美术的兴趣,其次是追求培训的效果。在小学课余培训应尽可能地节约时间与精力,同时追求最好的目标培训效果。课余培训工作不断的发展,有力地推动了学生积极参与美术实践的开展,活跃了学生的课余文化生活。因此,研究小学课余美术培训的模式,对于提高学校课余美术培训水平有很大的帮助,基于此目的,以开展农村小学生课余美术兴趣培训为基本点,从学生、学校的实际情况出发,以学生兴趣为培训项目参照,展开了学校美术业余培训研究。
