本文用电镜观察了四氯化碳引起的Wistar大鼠中毒性肝炎的组织学表现。我们发现,在肝血窦或炎症坏死区,存在着典型的成熟的浆细胞以及具形态特征的四型浆母细胞。由于四氯化碳对肝脏具有明确的直接损伤作用.作者推测体液免疫是中毒性肝炎的结果而非原因。
The histological appearance of toxic hepatitis in carbon tetrachloride-induced Wistar rats was observed using electron microscopy. We found that in the liver sinusoids or areas of necrosis, there are typically mature plasma cells and type IV plasmablasts with morphological features. Since carbon tetrachloride has a clear direct damaging effect on the liver, the authors speculate that humoral immunity is the result of toxic hepatitis rather than cause.
