目的 ELF3(E74-like factor 3,ESE-1)是ETS家族的一员,研究发现其与多种肿瘤的发生和发展存在密切关系。本文主要通过研究ELF3mRNA在非小细胞肺癌组织和淋巴结中的表达,进而探讨ELF3与非小细胞肺癌组织及淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法收集临床肺癌组织30例、对应淋巴结组织60例及20例正常肺组织和40例正常淋巴结组织,通过RT-PCR的方法来检测ELF3mRNA在非小细胞肺癌组织和淋巴结中的表达。结果与正常肺组织和正常淋巴结组织相比,ELF3mRNA在非小细胞肺癌组织及对应淋巴结组织中表达均明显上调,两者之间均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ELF3基因的激活参与到非小细胞肺癌的发展过程中,并且其高表达与淋巴结转移存在一定关联性。
Objective ELF3 (E74-like factor 3, ESE-1), a member of the ETS family, is found to have a close relationship with the development and progression of various cancers. In this paper, mainly through the study of ELF3mRNA expression in non-small cell lung cancer tissues and lymph nodes, and then explore ELF3 and non-small cell lung cancer and lymph node metastasis. Methods Thirty cases of clinical lung cancer, corresponding to 60 cases of lymph node tissue, 20 cases of normal lung tissue and 40 cases of normal lymph node tissue were collected. The expression of ELF3 mRNA in non-small cell lung cancer tissues and lymph nodes was detected by RT-PCR. Results Compared with normal lung tissue and normal lymph node tissue, the expression of ELF3 mRNA was significantly up-regulated in non-small cell lung cancer tissues and corresponding lymph node tissues, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion ELF3 gene activation is involved in the development of non-small cell lung cancer, and its expression is correlated with lymph node metastasis.
