设计了一种基于单片机的井下隔爆型UPS供应系统。以TI公司的MSP430f5172单片机作为系统的主控芯片,通过单片机控制蓄电池充放电管理电路、DC-DC变换电路、逆变电路等,实现电路的简化和智能化,成本低廉;采用额定电压较小的蓄电池组(24 V),从而减小电源体积;并且通过增加Boost型有源功率因数校正电路提高功率因数和减小非线性元件对电网的谐波污染。实验结果表明本设计方案的可行性和有效性。
Design a downhole explosion-proof UPS supply system based on single-chip microcomputer. Take the MSP430f5172 single-chip microcomputer of TI Company as the main control chip of the system, realize the simplification and intellectualization of the circuit through the one-chip computer to control the battery charge-discharge management circuit, DC-DC conversion circuit, inverter circuit, etc .; Battery pack (24 V) to reduce the power supply volume; and by increasing the Boost-type active power factor correction circuit to improve the power factor and reduce the non-linear components of the harmonic pollution of the grid. The experimental results show the feasibility and effectiveness of this design scheme.
