教育是振兴民族的希望,教育现代化是包括山区和农村教育在内的现代化。山区教育发展面临经费投入不足,教师奇缺且普遍素质不高,年龄严重老化,有限经费投入不合理等现象。文章提出建议改善山区农村办学条件;建立健全教育投入保障机制;加强教师队伍建设;创新机制,科学规划,促进教育均衡发展的建议。
Education is the hope of rejuvenating the nation. Education modernization is a modernization that includes education in mountainous areas and rural areas. The development of mountain education faces the problems of lack of funds, lack of teachers and generally low quality, serious aging and limited investment of funds. The article puts forward suggestions to improve the condition of rural schools in mountainous areas, establish and improve the mechanism of guaranteeing education investment, strengthen the construction of teachers, innovate the mechanism, scientifically plan and promote the balanced development of education.
