目的:建立体现出院人次相对价值的绩效评价测算方法。方法:分析临床科室对住院服务绩效考核公平性的意见,访谈相关医师。分析病历首页及出院病例的DRGs分组数据。结果:通过床均DRGs组数、床均总权重、CMI、时间指数、费用指数、住院病人死亡率及7日再住院率对科室住院服务绩效进行TOPSIS综合评价,建立基于DRGs的出院人次相对价值的测算方法。样本数据测算结果显示出院人次调整系数顺位排序与管理者印象基本一致。结论:该方法改进了出院人次考核唯数量化的缺陷,为出院人次标准化绩效评价提供一种测算方法。
Objective: To establish a method of calculating the performance evaluation that reflects the relative value of hospitalization. Methods: To analyze the clinical departments on the performance of hospital service performance evaluation fairness, interview related physicians. Analyze DRGs grouping data on the first page of the medical record and the discharged cases. Results: TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation of departmental hospital service performance was carried out through the number of DRGs group, total bed weight, CMI, time index, cost index, in-hospital mortality rate and 7-year rehospitalization rate, and the relative value of discharged persons based on DRGs The calculation method. The results of the sample data show that the rank order of the adjustment coefficient of hospitalization rank is consistent with the impression of managers. CONCLUSION: This method improves the quantification of discharged person sub-exams only quantitatively, and provides a measure for standardized performance evaluation of discharged persons.
