目的 :观察灯盏花素对豚鼠单一心室肌细胞钙离子电流 (ICa)的影响。方法 :应用全细胞膜片钳制技术。结果 :灯盏花素能明显抑制心室肌细胞的Ca2 +通道 ,使ICa减小。此作用有明显的电压依赖性 ,在峰电流电压下作用最明显 ,而对其反转电位无明显影响。在指令电位 0mV时 ,0 .5mg %灯盏花素使ICa减小 5.4 % ,1mg %灯盏花素使ICa减小 2 2 .9% (P <0 .0 1 ) ,2mg %灯盏花素使ICa减小 4 5.0 % (P <0 .0 1 )。此作用有明显的剂量依赖性和可复性。结论 :ICa灯盏花素能抑制豚鼠单一心室肌细胞钙离子电流ICa。
Objective: To observe the effect of erigeron breviscapus on calcium current (ICa) in guinea pig single ventricle myocytes. Methods : Apply whole cell patch clamp technique. Results: Breviscapine can significantly inhibit the Ca2 + channels of ventricular myocytes and reduce ICa. This effect has a significant voltage dependence, the most obvious role in the peak current voltage, and no significant impact on its reversal potential. At a command potential of 0 mV, 0.5 mg % breviscapine decreased ICa by 5.4 %, 1 mg % breviscapine decreased ICa by 22.9% (P < 0.01), and 2 mg % breviscapine made ICa Decrease by 4 5.0 % (P <0. 0 1 ). This effect is dose-dependent and reversible. Conclusion : ICa breviscapine can inhibit calcium ion current ICa of guinea pig ventricular myocytes.
