随着全球化的加深,我国的高新技术企业日益增多,这些企业在发展中必然面临核心员工流失的现状,因而研究高新技术企业核心员工的离职问题具有重要的现实指导意义。
With the deepening of globalization, the number of high-tech enterprises in our country is increasing day by day. These enterprises are inevitably faced with the loss of core staff in their development. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the separation of core staff in high-tech enterprises.
