目的比较减压提取与常规提取酸枣仁的提取效率。方法以酸枣仁皂苷A及干膏得量为指标,应用L9(34)正交设计法分别优化减压提取与常规提取的工艺,对比不同方法的提取效率。结果酸枣仁减压提取的效率明显优于常压提取。酸枣仁在真空度为0.08 MPa、温度为50℃时酸枣仁皂苷A的提取效率最高,较常压回流提取相对提高15.3%左右。减压提取可降低干膏得量,在所筛选的条件下,干膏得量较常压回流提取降低24.8%左右。结论酸枣仁减压提取工艺优于常规提取工艺,工艺稳定,值得在生产中推广应用。
Objective To compare the extraction efficiency of vacuum extraction and conventional extraction of wild dates. Methods Jujuboside A and dry extract were used as indexes. The orthogonal design method of L9 (34) was used to optimize the extraction process and routine extraction respectively, and the extraction efficiency was compared with different methods. Results Suanzaoren vacuum extraction efficiency was significantly better than atmospheric extraction. Suanzaoren at a vacuum of 0.08 MPa, the temperature of 50 ℃ jujuboside A the highest extraction efficiency, compared with atmospheric reflux extraction increased by about 15.3%. Decompression extraction can reduce the amount of dry extract, in the screening conditions, dry extract capacity than atmospheric reflux extraction reduced by about 24.8%. Conclusion Suanzaoren decompression extraction process is superior to the conventional extraction process, process stability, it is worth promoting in the production.
