本文在全面考察人们对换热器普遍要求的基础上,提炼出衡量换热器优劣的两项主要指标——紧凑性与经济性综合加以讨论;以铜质园管正Δ排列套平铝肋片管簇,R_(22)在管内直接蒸发为例,运用数学最优化方法与电子计算机技术,对有关的全部尺寸与运行参数进行全面的优化计算,得出了一些有参考价值的结论,并从而给出了解决肋片管簇换热器优化问题的一个系统的思路与方法。
Based on a comprehensive investigation of the common requirements of heat exchangers, this paper extracts two main indexes to measure the advantages and disadvantages of the heat exchangers-a discussion of compactness and economy; Fin tube cluster, R_ (22) is directly evaporated in the tube as an example, using mathematical optimization methods and computer technology, all the relevant dimensions and operating parameters of a comprehensive optimization and obtained some conclusions with some reference value, And a system of ideas and methods to solve the optimization problem of fin tube heat exchanger is given.
