一、基本现状改革开放以来,广东的轻工、纺织、电子、机械、石化、建材六个支柱产业得到了空前未有的迅速发展。1990年与1980年相比,六个支柱产业的总产值增长5.5倍(全省工业总产值增长4.9倍),年均递增21％(全省工业总产值年均递增19％),占全省工业总产值的比重从61.9％提高到68.1％。广东支柱产业的发展,不仅体现在产业总产值增长的量的扩张上,也体现在产业技术素质改善的质的进步方面。 1、综合技术水平提高。据对全省工业重点行业的调查,我省支柱产业企业的综合技术水平(质量、装备、工艺水
