In recent years, remarkable achievements have been made in the study of translators’ subjectivity in translation, highlighting the translator’s central position in translation activities. However, the author, the translator and the reader are the main translators who are all actively participating in the translation activities. The translation is actually their common achievement. Based on this, this article puts forward my own views on how to understand and grasp the relationship between the author, translator and reader in the translation activities. Through the equal dialogue between the author, translator and reader, the horizons of the subject are reached and the translator is reached Coordination among the three subjects in the activity.
