研究几种二元多相共混物的拉伸强度与组分的结构、界面区相容性、共混组成的关系。界面区对拉伸强度有两种作用,当界面区粘接强度小于临界值时,界面区的存在降低了共混物的拉伸强度;当界面区粘接强度大于临界值时,界面区的存在提高了共混物的拉伸强度。使共混物在拉伸强度方面具有“协同效应”的必要条件是:每个组分必须有交联网络结构;共混物的界面区粘接强度必须大于临界值。
The tensile strength of several binary multi-phase blends were studied with the structure of the components, the compatibility of the interface area and the composition of the blends. The interfacial zone has two effects on the tensile strength. When the interfacial zone adhesion strength is less than the critical value, the interfacial zone reduces the tensile strength of the blend. When the interfacial zone adhesion strength is greater than the critical value, the interfacial zone The presence increases the tensile strength of the blend. The necessary conditions for the blend to have a “synergistic effect” in tensile strength are that each component must have a crosslinked network structure; the bonding strength of the interfacial region of the blend must be greater than the critical value.
