用BET重量法测定了数种多孔物质—活性炭、炭纤维、炭分子筛在20℃下,吸附质为甲醇时的吸附等温线和脱附线;用Langmuir方程拟合求得各相应物质的单分子层饱和吸附量和吸附平衡常数;在对比压0.05~0.35范围和0~0.8范围分别适含二参数和三参数BET方程,求出了有关参数,统计吸附层数、和比表面积;假定园筒孔等效模型,绘出了孔体积随孔径变化的孔隙分布图,发现所测物质为微孔发达的材质;进而用Dubinin—Astakhov方程做了处理,求出了特征吸附能和有关参数,并发现在n=1时其值与三参数BET方程中的统计吸附层数n值相近。
The adsorption isotherms and desorption lines of several kinds of porous materials-activated carbon, carbon fiber and carbon molecular sieve were investigated by BET gravimetric method at 20 ℃ with methanol as adsorbate. The Langmuir equation was used to determine the single molecule Layer saturation adsorption capacity and adsorption equilibrium constant. The two-parameter and three-parameter BET equations were fitted in the range of 0.05-0.3 and 0-0.8 respectively, and the relevant parameters, the number of adsorption layers and the specific surface area were obtained. Pore equivalent model, draw the pore volume distribution with pore size changes in the pore map and found that the measured material is microporous material developed; and then Dubinin-Astakhov equation was processed to obtain the characteristic adsorption energy and related parameters, concurrent Now n = 1 and its value and the three-parameter BET equation in the statistical adsorption layer n value similar.
