采用正交试验法对马脂不饱和脂肪酸软胶囊制备过程中的囊壳处方及软胶囊干燥工艺进行优化研究,结果表明:囊壳处方最佳工艺条件为明胶、甘油与水质量比1︰0.5︰1,干燥最佳工艺条件为干燥温度25℃、相对湿度30%、干燥时间30 h,在该优化条件下,软胶囊质量评分分别可达89和88分,制备工艺稳定,质量可控,可为工业化生产提供理论依据。
Orthogonal test method was used to optimize capsule shell formulation and soft capsule drying process in the preparation of unsaturated fatty acid soft capsule. The results showed that the optimum conditions of capsule shell were gelatin, glycerol and water mass ratio of 1: 0.5 : 1, the optimum drying conditions are drying temperature 25 ℃, relative humidity 30%, drying time 30 h, under the optimum conditions, the soft capsule quality score can reach 89 and 88 respectively, the preparation process is stable, the quality is controllable, For industrial production can provide a theoretical basis.
