目的探讨积雪草总苷元的抗抑郁作用及其可能作用机制。方法采用大鼠强迫游泳实验,抑制单胺重摄取作用实验等动物模型来考察积雪草总苷元抗抑郁作用及其可能作用机制。结果积雪草总苷元能够显著缩短大鼠游泳不动时间;对单胺类递质去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)重摄取抑制作用不明显,但是显著增加5-羟色氨酸致小鼠甩头作用。结论积雪草总苷元有抗抑郁活性,可能与其增加5-羟色胺(5-HT)能神经系统有关。
Objective To investigate the antidepressant effect of total glycosides of Centella asiatica and its possible mechanism. Methods Forced swimming test in rats and inhibition of monoamine reuptake experiments were used to investigate the antidepressant effect of total glycosides of Centella asiatica and its possible mechanism. Results Total glycosides of Centella asiatica could significantly shorten the swimming time of rats. The inhibitory effect on reuptake of monoamine neurotransmitter NE and dopamine was not obvious, but the content of 5-hydroxytryptamine Acid-induced mouse head shame. Conclusion Total glycosides of Centella asiatica have antidepressant activity, which may be related to the increase of 5-HT neuron.
