本文通过使用六西格玛管理方法,运用它的经典五步曲定义、测量、分析、改进和控制。对我院血液内科库存药品帐实缺陷率进行有效改进、控制,提高了管理水平,减少药品浪费,减少病人额外经济负担,减少医疗纠纷的隐患,并产生了明显的经济效益和社会效益,通过实践,我们切身体会感受了六西格玛的魅力和力量,提高了病人的满意度,值得进一步的推广。
