目的:观察甲胺鸢尾素对异丙肾上腺素致心肌缺血损伤的作用并探讨其可能机制。方法:预先给于大鼠甲胺鸢尾素处理7天后,采用异丙肾上腺素多点皮下注射建立心肌损伤模型,观察甲胺鸢尾素对损伤大鼠的心肌酶、血清SOD活力和MDA含量、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和内皮素(ET-1)含量的影响及心肌病理的变化。结果:异丙肾上腺素损伤模型组心肌酶CK、CK-MB、AST、LDH均明显升高,血清SOD活力下降,MDA含量升高。甲胺鸢尾素200mg/kg剂量组可以明显降低异丙肾上腺素所致心肌酶的释放增加2,00、100 mg/kg剂量组均可明显升高血清SOD活力,降低MDA含量,提高血浆CGRP水平,降低ET-1水平,心肌病理改变明显减轻。结论:甲胺鸢尾素可以明显改善异丙肾上腺素引起的心肌损伤,其机制与稳定心肌细胞膜、减轻氧化应激损伤、改善微循环有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of methylamine iristeen on isoproterenol-induced myocardial ischemia and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods: Rats were pretreated with methyillylactone for 7 days, then the isoproterenol subcutaneous injection was used to establish the model of myocardial injury. The myocardial enzymes and serum SOD activity and MDA content of the injured rats were observed, (CGRP) and endothelin (ET-1) levels and myocardial pathological changes. Results: The levels of CK, CK-MB, AST, LDH in isoproterenol-induced injury model group were significantly increased, the activity of SOD in serum was decreased and the content of MDA was increased. Melamine irisin 200mg / kg dose group can significantly reduce isoproterenol-induced myocardial enzyme release increased 2,00,100 mg / kg dose group can significantly increase serum SOD activity, reduce the content of MDA and increase plasma CGRP levels , Reduce ET-1 levels, myocardial pathological changes significantly reduced. Conclusion: Methylamine irisin can significantly improve isoproterenol - induced myocardial injury. The mechanism is related to stabilizing myocardial cell membrane, reducing oxidative stress and improving microcirculation.
