本文报告比常年春汛提前一个月,在早春三月中旬人工水淹洞庭湖草滩的钉螺,发现水淹深度0.5米或0.25米时螺卵的孵出率都很低。对未孵出的卵作组织学检查,水淹后第30天,发现82%以上卵胚结构有明显的破坏和坏死现象。认为提早人工水淹影响钉螺卵胚的发育,可大幅度降低螺口密度。从而证实春季提早水淹灭螺的效果。
This article reports one month earlier than the average spring flood, artificially flooding the snails in Dongting Lake grassland in mid-March in early spring and found that the hatching rate of the eggs is very low when the flooding depth is 0.5 meters or 0.25 meters. Histological examination of unhatched eggs revealed that over 82% of egg embryos had obvious destruction and necrosis on the 30th day after flooding. Early artificial flooding was considered to affect the development of snail eggs and embryos, which can significantly reduce screw density. Thus confirming the effect of early flooding in spring.
