班级管理工作的对象是活生生的成长中的学生。实际工作中,班主任的管理工作是多方面的。许多班主任满腔热情,事必躬亲,早晚跟班,无所不管,甚至充当着“管家”“警察”或“保姆”的角色。这种管理有其利,但弊大于利。管得过死,容易造成学生依赖性强,创造性、独立性差,缺乏自我教育与自我管理能力,压抑了学生的自主、自理、自治能力的发挥,不利于现代人素质的培养。那么,如何发挥学生的主体作用呢?以下就是本人教学生自我管理班级的几点做法。
