本文运用计算机Ｘ线头影测量系统，用选出的１７项Ｘ线头影测量指标对１００例正常人和６０例安氏Ⅱ类一分类患者颌面硬、软组织进行了分析。观察到：安氏Ⅱ类一分类组患者上颌前突，下颌后缩，上下颌骨水平间距增大。上下前牙均前突，伸长、深覆。面突度增加，呈上唇部前突，额部后缩之突面型侧貌。上唇厚度减小而下唇厚度则增加。
In this paper, using computerized X-cephalometry measurement system, the maxillofacial hard and soft tissues of 100 normal subjects and 60 patients with Class-ⅡPeriods were analyzed by the selected 17 items of X-ray cephalometric measurement. It was observed that in patients with Class Ⅱ division Ⅰ, maxillary protrusion, mandibular retrusion, and horizontal separation of mandible and mandible increased. Anterior and inferior anterior protrusion, elongation, deep overlying. Surface increased the degree of protrusion, was the upper lip anterior process, frontal contraction of the sudden appearance of profile. Upper lip thickness decreases while lower lip thickness increases.
