为预防斜井跑车事故的发生,提出了一种基于自锁原理的新型斜井自制动矿车。矿车通过检测跑车时牵引钢丝绳拉力的变化来触发制动装置,通过制动杆与轨道接触进行制动。同时设计了摆锤机构,防止矿车在通过上下变坡点时因钢丝绳拉力变化而使制动装置的误动作。该新型矿车为斜井跑车防护装置的设计提供了参考。
In order to prevent incidents of incline well sports car, a new self-locking moving car with incline shaft based on self-locking principle was put forward. The tub activates the braking device by detecting the pulling force of the traction wire rope when the sports car is in motion and brakes by contacting the brake lever with the rail. At the same time, the pendulum mechanism is designed to prevent the malfunction of the braking device caused by the change of the tensile force of the steel wire rope when the tub is changed from up to down. The new type of tub provides a reference for the design of the inclined shaft sports car protection device.
