社会适应能力既是一个人心理健康的重要标志,又是将自身聪明才智贡献于社会的基础。本文从创造极限体验、选择合理比较体系、充分了解自己、主动自我调节等十个方面论述了如何提高一个人的社会适应能力问题。
Social adaptation is not only an important indicator of a person’s mental health, but also the basis for contributing his own intelligence and intelligence to the society.
