研究了在低压脉冲磁场作用下,脉冲电压、脉冲频率、浇注温度和模具预热温度对AZ91-0.4Ca镁合金凝固组织的影响。结果表明:在0~300 V脉冲电压下,随着电压的升高,合金的初生相逐渐细化;在脉冲频率为0~10 Hz内,随着脉冲频率的增加,合金的初生相先细化后粗化,在脉冲频率为5 Hz时,细化效果最好;经脉冲磁场处理后,合金的初生相随着浇注温度的升高逐渐细化,随着模具预热温度的升高逐渐粗化。
The effects of pulse voltage, pulse frequency, pouring temperature and mold preheating temperature on the microstructure of AZ91-0.4Ca magnesium alloy were investigated under low pressure pulsed magnetic field.
