目的研究肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)后残留肝细胞癌(HCC)的多药耐药性(MDR)。方法采用免疫组化的方法,检测33例TACE治疗后残留HCC(TACE组)和42例未经任何形式化疗的HCC(对照组)的P-糖蛋白(PGP)表达。结果 TACE组的PGP表达阳性率为84.85%,显著高于对照组的54.76%(P<0.01)。结论 HCC存在内源性MDR,TACE治疗又进一步诱导其产生获得性MDR;TACE后残留HCC的这种高度耐药性可能是其赖以生存的机制之一。
Objective To study the multidrug resistance (MDR) of residual hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE). Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of P-glycoprotein (PGP) in 33 cases of residual HCC (TACE group) and 42 cases of HCC (control group) without any chemotherapy after TACE. Results The positive rate of PGP expression in TACE group was 84.85%, which was significantly higher than that of 54.76% in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Endogenous MDR exists in HCC, and TACE treatment further induces it to produce acquired MDR; this highly resistant residual HCC after TACE may be one of the mechanisms by which it survives.
